From 1st to 3rd May 2026, the Shah TC team set off for the Pink City, Jaipur — three days, one shared purpose and an Annual Retreat that brought out the very best of who we are together.

The journey itself set the tone — as the team travelled to Jaipur together, the excitement was palpable from the very first mile. The evening kicked off with a lively karaoke session that had everyone singing, laughing, and bonding in the most effortless way. It was a reminder, right from day one, that the Shah TC team doesn't just work well together — they celebrate together too.

The second day was the heart of the retreat — packed with purpose, learning, and unforgettable experiences. The morning opened with meaningful team collaboration activities focused on communication, collective growth, and strengthening the bonds that make Shah TC what it is. Our Founder & CEO Mr. Mehul Shah addressed the team with his signature clarity and vision, leaving everyone inspired, aligned, and energised. The afternoon shifted gears as the team explored the grandeur of Amer Fort and the serene beauty of Jal Mahal — two of Jaipur's most iconic landmarks that left everyone in quiet awe. As the sun set over the Pink City, the evening came alive with a spectacular gala dinner — a full-on celebration with food, fun, music, and endless laughter that perfectly capped off an extraordinary day.

As the third day arrived and bags were packed with reluctance, hearts were full of gratitude. The team departed Jaipur carrying more than just memories — they carried renewed energy, stronger bonds, and a shared sense of purpose. The Annual Retreat 2026 was a true testament to what Shah TC stands for — belief in people, integrity in action and trust that only grows stronger every time we come together.
